About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, high energy, hands-on professional to manage bookkeeping, support administrative functions, oversee office operations, help improve current business processes, and identify new business opportunities. This is a high-impact, hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small-to-mid-sized business environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, new business initiative development and organizational effectiveness across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance:
  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
  • Manage A/P and A/R, invoicing, and collections
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Assist with payroll and expense tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Administration:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations and supplies
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and facilities needs
  • Support internal events and team activities
New Business Initiatives and Process Improvement:
  • Research and develop new market opportunities for the business
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Document and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support adoption of new systems and tools

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Business planning and deveopment
  • Experience in bookkeeping, administration, or operations
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
